Business Week Winners
Early this summer some of our students participated in the JA Business week
Aimee Leyva Cardenas
was apart of the winning team for the Jamba Juice Challenge presented a marketing campaign for the Bangin' Peach Mango smoothie to help consumers experience "healthy energy today, no consequences tomorrow." Marketing tactics will include public relations, gorilla marketing with a street team, point-of-sale displays, and event promotions. The team will have the Bangin' Peach Mango smoothie featured in Colorado locations in September, and will share in the profits from its sales. Aimee was rewarded with a cash prize and trophy at the conference.

Davion Bugarin, Alejandro Santana and Derian Vidales

were apart of the winning team for the Denver Cutthroats Challenge. They planned an event to build the Denver Cutthroats audience and fan-base, as well as increase ticket sales. The plan for the "Cutthroat Community Day" includes food, games and contests as well as a meet and greet with the hockey team's mascot and players. The event is planned to take place on September 21st with more info to come.

See Video of how the students spent their week!
