This weekend Friday and Saturday Feb 8th and 9th SAIT will be hosting an Open House. Details and information can be found on the SAIT website http://www.sait.ca/future-students/schedule-a-visit/open-house.php .

All AUPE members that will be in attendance at the Open House on Saturday are reminded that if you are "working" that you need to ensure that you have completed and had your supervisor sign off on a HR85 "Overtime -Time in Lieu" sheet prior to working any extra time. A copy of the HR85 can be found on SAITnow (here is the direct link http://www.saitnow.ca/documents/humanresources/hr85preapprovalovertime.pdf ).

If you are "volunteering" to assist with Open House on your own time this is a personal choice. You will not be compensated and are not required to complete the HR85.
