GENERAL MANAGER REPORT
Dear TPC members,
This holiday season, we ask that you remember and acknowledge our Club employees by making a contribution to the TPC Employee Holiday Fund. This fund gives you an opportunity to recognize the staff, many of whom work behind the scenes, and strive to provide you and your family a safe, clean and memorable experience each time you visit the Club. The deadline for making a contribution is Wednesday, December 16 and you can do so online or by completing the attached form below. Thank you!
BACK LAWN AREA
The work to the back lawn area behind the patio was postponed and will start next week. The area will be closed for a minimum of two weeks following the work. Due to the drought, and the optimistic forecast for a wet winter, the lawn area will be aerated and reseeded.
DUES INCREASE
Last month the Board of Governors voted to increase monthly dues $10 for Regular Member and $5 for Senior Members effective January 2016. This reflects a modest 4% dues increase from $221 to 231 per month that will help the Club keep up with inflationary costs.
CAFE MINIMUM
Reminder: the Café Food and Beverage Minimum is $200 every six months. The time periods are January 1 - June 30, and July 1 - December 31. Please note that the Café will be closed for the holidays between December 21 and January 4, reopening on January 5.
