GENERAL MANAGER REPORT
Last week the Board of Governors met for their monthly meeting. At the meeting, Peter Winkler was re-elected Tiburon Peninsula Club President. Listed below are the 2016 Board officers and liaisons to Club Committees.

THANKSGIVING HOURS
The Club will be open on Thanksgiving from 8 am to 2 pm. Members should enter and exit through the Fitness Department on this day.
DUES INCREASE
Last month the Board of Governors voted to increase monthly dues by $10, effective January 2016. This reflects a modest 4% dues increase from $221 to $231 per month to help the Club keep up with inflationary costs.
TREE REMOVAL
Last week, we removed 10 trees around the upper tennis courts. The tree bark has been turned into chips and we will be spreading the chips around the entrance of the Club.
BACK LAWN AREA
The back lawn area behind the patio will be closed for a minimum of two weeks starting on Monday, December 14. Due to the drought, and the optimistic forecast for a wet winter, the lawn area will be aerated and reseeded.
CAFE MINIMUM
The Café Food and Beverage Minimum is $200 every six months. The time periods are January 1 - June 30 and July 1 - December 31. Please note that the Café closes for the holiday season between December 21 and January 4 and will reopen January 5.
