GENERAL MANAGER REPORT

Dear members,

The TPC Annual Meeting was held last Thursday in the Café. Club President, Peter Winkler summarized the year for members in attendance and Committee Chairs summarized the activities. For members who were unable to attend, please click this link and you will be able to review the Annual Meeting Committee reports for 2015.

President Winkler had a chance to introduce our three new BOG members: Luis Doffo, Ben Kilgore, and John Parsons. Peter also took the opportunity to thank Capucine Hoybach who was an interim member of the Board this year. Park Allen completed his three year term and was significant as Club President in 2015 and serving on the Grievance Committee. Mike Tierney completed his ninth year on the Board and acknowledged all of his contributions to the TPC. Mike created our current financial model in 2007 that stabilized Club finances, served on just about every club committee, and spent two terms as Club President in 2014 and 2015.

Tree Removal

Weather permitting, during the week of November 16, we will be removing some trees around the upper tennis courts.

Back lawn Area

Please note the back lawn area behind the patio will be closed for a minimum of two weeks starting on Monday, December 14. Due to the drought, and the optimistic forecast for a wet winter, the lawn area will be down.

Café Minimum

The Café Food and Beverage Minimum is $200 every six months. The time periods are January 1 - June 30 and July 1 - December 31. Members are reminded they have until year end to use their Food and Beverage minimum.

Till next week,

CAFE COMMITTEE

In an effort to continuously improve the Café and member events, please help us in responding to a short survey scheduled to be released this week. We are looking to update the Café, its menu, and introduce additional member events in 2016 - similar to the "Sip & Taste" event held in early September.

Your voice matters!
