GENERAL MANAGER REPORT
The Wells Fargo Bank Tiburon USTA $100,000 Challenger begins this weekend. Nancy Hecht is mobilizing volunteers for a variety of tasks during the tournament. Please click the link for more information on VolunteerSpot at volunteerspot.com/login/entry/935951576014.
Each year we have an opportunity to speak with tournament officials from the USTA and we keep hearing Tiburon is one of the favorite tour stops on the Challenger circuit for players. Our members and fans are knowledgeable, the hospitality is great, our volunteers are outstanding and we have a nice intimate setting with good facilities. All of this would not be possible without all of the help we receive from so many members, sponsors, volunteers, contributors, in-kind donors and staff. Enjoy the great week of tennis and thank you for your support!
Challenger reminders:
* Stadium installation starts on Tuesday, September 22. The stadium take down will be completed on Wednesday, October 7.
* Court availability will be difficult during the Challenger - please check in with the Front Desk for availability.
* Parking may be difficult during the Challenger so please car pool whenever possible. Also, the Valet lot this year will be our overflow lot located in the Southwest corner of the club. Signs for Valet parking will be posted as you enter the club off of Mar West Street.
Till next week,
Jerry Pang General Manager

Pro Player Housing
The players are coming! We're ready and excited for the arrival of all players this coming week and next to participate in the 2015 Tiburon Challenger. As always, we are very grateful to the TPC membership for their generosity and kindness in offering up their homes to house players who come from all over the world to participate here in Tiburon. Athletes of this caliber are in the midst of their pursuit to achieve their life long goals of performing on tennis' greatest stage - the ATP Tour - and appreciate also all that the TPC membership does for them. If you would like to house a player while they are in town please contact Leigh Pagan at leighpagan@mac.com or Heather Lobdell at h.lobdell@comcast.net.
Member Practice Court Availability
First of all, thank you for your patience and understanding during what is going to be an extremely entertaining 9 days of professional mens' tennis. We will do our best to keep court constraints to a minimum, however there are sure to be times where courts will not be available as usual. Next Saturday 9/26 the qualifying event begins at 10 am on the top courts. We will be reduced to 5 courts as the bleachers will be up on court No.3 and players will be warming up for their matches.
Also on Saturday 9/26 our USTA Kids Day will take all lower courts from 9-11 am. We expect a grand turnout with many kids getting their first taste of tennis and enjoying the opportunity to watch some great tennis thereafter. Courts will be available for member play from 11 am or before 8:45 am.
Sunday morning will offer extra member practice courts on the lower courts. The first 4-5 days of the Challenger will see many players at the Club and less as the week progresses. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your support.
