Preparations for the Library Gala
Gain Momentum
Tiverton High School Culinary Arts students create French Desserts for the Library Gala on Sat., April 30 - perfect for the "Midnight in Paris" theme!

In addition to Cathy Marshall and her Culinary Arts students, Gloria Crist's Tiverton Afterschool Arts students are working with costume designer Celeste Ferendo on outfits for the Jazz Age so they can serve in style. Advisor Judy Moore and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) are working on the bid sheets and the accounting system for the Silent Auction. Volunteer and Durfee HS teacher Karen Boddington will assist.  Librarian Abby Porter and the Library Teens are helping to set up the space in advance and rearrange it afterward.

All of these students are so much a part of the success of the Gala, as well as the success of the Library in the community.
