Museum Pass of the Month

Did you know that the library has a pass you may check out to visit the Whaling Museum in New Bedford?  While admission prices are usually $14.00 per adult and $6.00 per child, the pass allows admission for 2 adults and 2 children at HALF PRICE.  This museum is a National Park featuring 19th and 20th century whaling industry history, whale skeletons and the world's largest ship model, the Lagoda.  During the summer, there are children's activities Tues-Fri, 10:00-1:00.  To reserve the pass, go to tivertonlibrary.org and click on "Reserve a Museum Pass" at the top of the page, or stop by the circulation desk.
