Cyber Security
Why Strong, Secure Passwords Matter
Cybersecurity experts continually identify the use of strong, unique passwords as one of their top
recommendations. However, this is also one of the least commonly followed recommendations because
unless you know the tricks, it's difficult to remember strong, unique passwords for every login and website. The OLLI Apple Users Group SIG wants to share information about this important topic.

Ann-Lee Waite teaches Foot Fitness:
Keeping people at their personal best from
their feet through their entire body!
by Carol Gillen
I first met Ann-Lee Waite when I entered Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UNC Asheville's (OLLI) 'Foot Fitness' class Winter, 2016. I noticed her booming, wonderful laugh that came from the bottom of her soul and said to myself "This is a special lady." She was obviously a person who enjoyed her life and her work and was happy about being here at OLLI's College for Seniors (CFS) teaching her first class. When I told her my first impression of her, she quoted Oprah Winfrey, "Do what you love and the money will come."
