Join Men's Wisdom Works, groups for retired and older men, as we seek new members for four MWW groups, Groups # 4, 6, 10, and 11. Each group's meeting schedule follows.

Group 10 meets 
 the 1st and 3rd Tuesday 
Location TBD, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Group 4 meets the
2nd  and 4th Thursday at 
The Reuter Center, 
4:15-6:15 p.m.
Group 6 meets the
 2nd/4th Tuesday 
at The Reuter Center,
 4:15-6:15 p.m.
Group 11 meets 
the 2nd and 4th Tuesday, Location TBD, 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Men's Wisdom Works is a network of 12 groups of retired men who meet twice a month for two-hour discussion meetings. We discuss issues of personal importance and impact. Each group of 8-12 men form strong social bonds with fellow group members through breakfasts, happy hour gatherings, group parties and events, and twice a year parties for members of all groups.

Men's Wisdom Works formed its first group in 2009 at OLLI and continues to thrive.

We sent schedules on Friday, December 11, to those who submitted a registration by noon Friday. Our Add/Drop process begins Monday, December 14, 8 a.m.



Please remember that we will be closed from Friday, December 18, 2015, 5 p.m. until Monday, January 4, 2016, 8 a.m. and will not manage Add/Drop details during the winter holiday.

The December 7th Reuter Center Singers Holiday Concert was a lovely evening for all.
Meditation Special Interest Group (SIG) Meeting
Monday, December 14, 2015, 4:15 p.m.
The Reuter Center

Sally Ekaireb will be sharing with the group a Roselight meditation titled "Tuning to Peace".  In this guided meditation Dr. Rev. Amy Skezas and Athebascar discuss the challenges that humans have during this time of world conflict and ways they can release fear and live with more serenity.  During this meditation our energy fields will be attuned to hold more vibration of peace, light and love.

All OLLI members are welcome, and we hope you can join us in creating a wave of peace and joy to send out to the world.  

If you cannot join us on the 14th, may you have a healthy, joyful holiday season. We hope to see you in the new year.  Our next meeting will be on Monday, January 11, 2016, Room 120.

Special Interest Group (SIG) The Forum

The Forum is a free-flowing dialogue designed to enrich and expand participants' thinking on topics ranging from changing demographics of retirees to nuclear disarmament.  The meeting topic on December 18 will be

"Climate Change Interactive Simulation: Part 2"

Drew Jones of Climate Interactive will analyze the December 2015 Paris United Nations climate negotiations in his simulator to show what work remains to address climate change. Drew led a hands-on interactive session for our Sierra Club meeting on May 6 on climate change.
