Dear OLLI Members,
We will be holding registration for Summer 2014 on Tuesday, May 20, and will be sending an email a little later today with all the details. Please remember to contact me if you want to register and have trouble standing in line or if you are unable to be present or have a friend present at registration on Tuesday.  I am always happy to work with you to make arrangements to manage your registration.

Members of the Diversity Task Force, under the leadership of Cindy Berryman-Fink and Steve Kaagan, have devised a series of projects that we have posted on the group's web page; click here to read more about the projects. If you are interested in helping with any of the projects or if you have other projects to propose, please let me know, and I will put you in touch with project leaders.  We know that increasing diversity in our programs is a long-range project and that we are just beginning.  I think, however, that the committee has been thoughtful and deliberate in helping us approach this complex issue in ways that honor our mission and help us to think how we might make our programming available to a broader community.

Remember that the Reuter Center will be closed Friday, May 23, through Monday, May 26.  May 23 - 25 we will be conducting our annual Creative Retirement Exploration Weekend and hosting people from around the country who are interested in issues of relocation in retirement. On Monday, May 26 we will be closed to observe the Memorial Day holiday.

Many thanks to various ways that all of you contribute to the longevity and success of our program for creative and enthusiastic retirement and the ways that you model and promote thriving in life's second half.

With gratitude,
Catherine Frank
Executive Director
