Here is one of my favorite recipes,
easily assembled in your Vitamix:
Garden Fresh Cocktail
1 1/2 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 medium carrot
1 tablespoon diced onion
1 sprig parsley
1/2 small sweet pepper
1 handful alfalfa sprouts
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce (optional but delish!)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 cup ice cubes
Blend together and enjoy!
