The face-painter at the Fall Festival did such a good job,
we're having trouble recognizing these handsome devils!

Fall Festival Fun!
Thank you to all 580 of you who came out for Fall Festival.
It was a beautiful day and we are so glad you shared it with us.

Honk If You Love Countryside!
Show some love when you see this sticker on the back of a Countryside parent's car window.  It means the family inside is investing in our future.

You, too, can be a member of The 1981 Society by donating $1,981 to the One Fund during the 2013-2014 school year.  You can pay for it several ways:  lump sum, 2 payments or 10 monthly payments.

WANTED: Community Members

Countryside Board of Trustees bylaws state that Board membership must not exceed 49% parent representation.  In order to be in compliance with our bylaws, the Board of Trustees has three community board membership positions to fill. We are looking for new members who have experience/knowledge in the following three areas:

  1. technology education
(not hardware and software but how to teach technology)
  2. strategic planning and enactment
  3. sales and recruitment.
When parent positions become open, we will again notify you for your nominations.  If you know of a community member that fits one or more of these characteristics and might be interested in volunteering his/her time to Countryside, please email

Giving Tuesday is national outreach effort encouraging people to support causes and nonprofit organizations they believe in.
What's closer to your heart than Countryside Montessori School - the place where your children learn and grow into the leaders of tomorrow?

We're asking families to give (or make a pledge) to The One Fund, Countryside's annual giving campaign on or before
Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2013.

We realize some parents may prefer to give in the first quarter of 2014 and that's fine.  But, please make your pledge now to be a part of
Giving Tuesday.
Our goal: 50% of our families donating
(or pledging) to The One Fund
by December 3, 2013

~Shop and Share Opportunities~

"Easy effort worth the gain!"

Countryside Montessori PTO works hard to provide "admission free" school community events. One way we do this is through parent participation in our year-round "Shop and Share" programs. These programs provide an opportunity for you to shop for everyday items for your family or business and share a percentage of those purchases with Countryside Montessori in support of our school. Please read below to see how you can participate. Also, help us further by passing along these links to family and friends who would also like to support our school.

TARGET- Take Charge of Education Program

Use your Debit or Credit REDcard to save 5% at Target and earn 1% on qualifying purchases for Countryside Montessori. Link your card online using our school code 27625.
