Happy New Year!

Only two months till Illumination, Children Are Our Greatest Assets, which will be held on Friday, March 7th at the Hawaii Convention Center.

This Friday, January 10th will be our next event meeting at 8:00 in the conference room. Prior to this meeting, the Assets Parents `Ohana will be hosting a Coffee Social from 7:15 a.m. ALL PARENTS ARE WELCOME! Please join us for a cup of coffee on your way to work!

After Friday's meeting, we will be hosting a workday to assemble, label and post the invitations for the event.  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  This week, we can also use additional volunteers this week to help prepare our notecards.  Please email Carolynn at cbelltuttle@assets-school.net if you are able to volunteer a few hours for the notecard or invitation project.

Table Sales: Great news!  Thus far, 20 tables have been sold!

Wine Pull Update:

We continue to collect wine for our wine pull.  Please see attached flyer.

Solicitation:

To date we have received lots of great auction items!  We are still collecting items to be auctioned off!

Please think about asking the businesses and services where you shop for their support.  If you have any ideas, please contact the development office at devoffice@assets-school.net 

Auction Packaging:

We have received a large donation of baskets!  However, we are looking for the basket filler.  Please see photo.  If you have any at home that you are looking to get rid of, please donate to Assets Development office!  

Freezer Space:

We are looking for some freezer space to use for the next several months.  If you have access to a freezer that is not fully being used, please contact Carolynn at cbelltuttle@assets-school.net
