Is Your Business Worthy of Workplace Excellence?

business_concepts.jpg
Many employers excel at retaining and attracting the best workforce talent. The Dakota-Scott Workforce Development Board wants to recognize them, share their success, and help others learn what they can do to be more competitive. The "Employers of Excellence" program is now open to businesses in Dakota and Scott Counties. Through completion of an on-line survey, and use of quantifiable results, all businesses will receive a personalized report comparing them to aggregate results for similarly-sized businesses. Results will be confidential and there is no cost to participate. Click here for more information and to complete the survey. The deadline to submit a completed survey is April 1.
Committed to Business... for YOU.

Member Spotlight: Network and Connect

Kristin Frame
I have been with SEEK Careers/Staffing for 3 years as a Recruiter and recently was promoted to Branch Team Leader of the Eagan office. SEEK just celebrated our 45th anniversary and originated in Grafton, WI. Currently we have 14 branches in WI and 1 in MN. In Eagan, we specialize in placing candidates in Light Industrial, Office/Clerical and Skilled Manufacturing temporary and temporary to hire roles. As an office we have been members of the Chamber for just over a year. At the Chamber, I am involved with the South Metro Young Professionals and the Ambassador Committee. South Metro Young Professionals gives me the opportunity to network, serve the community and develop my professional skills with others locally as well. I also enjoy attending Coffee Breaks so I can connect with other local businesses.
