Did you hear the news? Chamber excited about future development with Minnesota Vikings

News reports flooded media channels this past weekend with the announcement that the Minnesota Vikings signed a purchase agreement for the former Northwest Airlines 185-acre site in Eagan.   The economic impact of this sizable development is extremely exciting as it would create additional investment through supporting business and industry, growth of our local tax base, and job creation.  Minnesota is known for its "purple pride" and playing host to the business franchise would be grand for the east metro region.  We look forward to continued discussions with the Minnesota Vikings.  For full details reported by the Star Tribune click here.

Grow Minnesota visits Aerospace Fabrication and Materials

Grow Minnesota is a shining example of what we do best:  harness public and private resources to keep Minnesota companies strong and competitive in today's global economy. Last week Chamber leadership spent time meeting with Aerospace's partners and toured their Farmington facility.  We recognize that it is much easier to retain a business than attract a new one .  If your company is interested in a Grow MN visit, please contact the Chamber office at 651.452.9872.
