This week's Weekly Update is brought to you by...

Expand Your Network - Share Your Story

As a member of the Chamber you have the opportunity to expand your network, raise your visibility, influence public policy, and much more. Your Chamber is over 500 members strong, but why stop there?  As we see it, when the DCR grows, your business grows as well.  And so, we need your story.

In an effort to expand the Chamber and expand your business, the Chamber will be focused on growth over the next 60 days.  How can you help?  Join a team as part of the Membership Campaign and help us achieve our goal of 60 members in 60 days.  We know you know of at least one business that could benefit directly from the benefits of an investment in the Chamber.  The campaign features various networking events, a great way to connect with new business representatives, great prizes, and a bit of fun along the way.  To find out more about networking, sponsorships and donation opportunities, please contact Kate.
Win a $50 Green Mill Gift Card!

To kick off the Campaign, we are offering a $50 gift card to Green Mill to the first person that secures a new member. To "refer a member" and be qualified to win, either log on to your member portal and use the "refer a member" button or email Kate (please include potential member contact information and any relevant information.) Member must join the chamber for you to win the prize. All other "refer a member" submissions will be entered in a drawing to win a mystery prize!
Committed to business... for YOU.

Help Us Spread the Word:  Get Our State Back On Track

Minnesota has proven to be a state where businesses want to continue to invest and grow locally. Help us this week as we work to continue to invest in Minnesota. Learn more about the Minnesota Action Network here as they work to resolve issues that matter to Minnesotan workers. Also be sure to vote in the primary on August 12th, and encourage your employees to participate as well. We all want to make Minnesota a better place to grow our businesses and provide for our employees. Our work begins by electing those individuals who will advance pro-jobs policies at the Capitol.

Do you still need to register to vote?
