Contamination Exclusion Starts with Desiccant Breathers

Lubricant contamination is one of the leading causes of machine failure. Studies have shown that 50-70% of lubricant contamination comes from outside the equipment. Most machines are designed to "breathe," so protecting the source of airflow from moisture and particulate contamination is extremely important.

LE has the solution to this problem: a full line of desiccant breathers and accessories for contamination exclusion in industrial applications. One of our LE consultants would be happy to visit with you about this, or you can visit our website anytime to learn more about these products, including the new Extended Series Breathers introduced below. And finally, you can request a complimentary sample if you'd like to try before you buy.

LE Introduces Extended Series Breathers from Des-Case
There are four models of the
Extended Series breathers,
each a different size:
DE-EX-1, DC-EX-2, DC-EX-3
and DC-EX-4.
Double the Desiccant

The new Des-Case Extended Series breathers combine the same trusted materials, design and high air flow as the standard disposable breathers with the check-valves like the hybrid breathers.

They also have a new oil mist-reducing feature and more than double the desiccant. These new breathers feature state-of-the-art design and function, and are the best choice for assuring maximum machine performance.

Applications that would benefit the most from Extended Series breathers include storage tanks, wind turbines, large gearboxes and remote applications.
