Arch and Essent Now KHC Approved
Lenders may now select Arch or Essent, as the Mortgage Insurance (MI) company for a borrower utilizing the Fannie Mae Conventional Mortgage Program with reduced MI. Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) now has six different MI companies for lenders to access.

Please note:  Borrowers must meet both KHC and MI company guidelines.

This information has been updated in KHC'S Program Guides, which are available on KHC's website, under Lenders.
