Public Comment Period
The 2016 Consolidated Action Plan and Five-Year Consolidated Plan for Kentucky's National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) Program is available for public comment through Monday, August 8, 2016.
The Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan are the Commonwealth's application and distribution plan for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) NHTF Program. Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is the agency responsible for submission of the plan to HUD.
A substantial amendment to the existing Action Plan and Five-Year Plan to incorporate the NHTF Program is available for written comment to obtain public input. Written comments will be accepted, and where applicable, will be incorporated into the document.
