2016 K-Count Results Released
The 2016 K-Count results are now available on KHC's website under Specialized Housing, K-Count. Review the summary of findings for the BoS information submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Results of the K-Count demonstrate the need for resources for housing and services for homeless persons in each community. The K-Count also helps determine how much federal funding will be awarded from HUD for homeless programs. For more information, please review the K-Count Info Sheet or contact the HCA Help Desk.

KYHMIS User License Invoicing

How Do I Handle Final Draws?
In the past, when you submitted a final draw for any activity, you were instructed to mark it as "final draw." However, this is becoming confusing for HCA financial management staff. Effective immediately, please follow the steps below:
CoC, ESG, HOPWA, TBRA
- Only choose "final draw" from the drop-down if the draw being requested is the last draw for the project.
- If the draw is final only to an activity, do not select "final draw."
For example, Ilovepeople Inc. has ESG funds for operating and rapid rehousing. They are drawing on operating for the final time, but still have money left in rapid rehousing and will have expenses at a later date. The operating draw request should not be marked "final draw." Once Ilovepeople Inc. makes the last draw on rapid rehousing, they will mark that draw "final draw."
HOME/AHTF/ARC
Continue to mark the last draw for each activity as "final draw" to help us know to look for your project close-out reports.
If you have any questions, please contact the HCA Help Desk.
