Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) wants to show off you and your new KHC customers! To celebrate the home buying season, we're holdinga selfie contest to get the best customer photos and stories!
Each month, all selfies shared with us on Facebook or Twitter will be entered to win $100 gift cards. Winners will be announced in KHC's eGrams and social media. The first winner will be announced on Friday, July 1. Partners may post multiple selfies with KHC clients; however, KHC customers can only win once.

TPO Lender Training Opportunity
KHC is offering Third Party Originator (TPO) lender training for programs, workflow, completing the Loan Estimate, and scheduling a closing. This as a win-win for both you and KHC. Understanding the program and process makes it easier to get borrowers to the closing table. As a result of system changes and updates, the process has been streamlined for a TPO lender.
