Income Limit Changes
Beginning Tuesday, May 31, 2016, new income limits will be in effect for all new loan reservations. Be sure to review all income charts, as many counties have changed. Louisville Metro areas have increased while Lexington areas have decreased in income.
The Secondary and MRB Program Guides have been updated and are available on KHC's website, under Lenders.

KHC Holiday Schedule
In observance of Memorial Day, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) offices will be closed on Monday, May 30. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 31, at 8 a.m. Loan purchases or TPO Closings will not take place on Memorial Day.

MRB Special Funding Program--Monies Still Available
KHC still has $500,000 in special funding available at 2.00 percent fixed interest rate for 30 years. The Mortgage Revenue Bond (MRB) Special Funding Program is available on a first-come, first-served basis with new reservations only.

Closing and Quality Review
Post-Closing Reports have a new look. These reports are still accessed by clicking on the Reports button in KHC's Loan Reservation System. Lenders enter the Broker ID for the specific information to that branch, along with a date range. Lenders will now be able to see multiple conditions on one page.
