HCA Organizational Chart and Contacts
KHC Housing Contract Administration (HCA) has completed our realignment. We greatly appreciate your patience over the past several months.
We have updated our organizational chart to provide the staff roles, program assignments, and introduce new members of our team.
As we move forward, Jill House, Anne Colly Rose, and Margaret Ann Smith, the technical assistance specialists, are the primary contacts for new HCA inquiries. Each technical assistance specialist is responsible for helping partners in specific geographic regions of the state.
If you need assistance, please submit a request through the HCA Help Desk.
