Surplus Furniture Update
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will have surplus furniture available for donation. Any housing-related 501c3 entity can view this furniture on Thursday, May 12, from 3-5 p.m. ET. Please note, the location for viewing furniture is now 596 Warsaw Street, Frankfort.

Removal of furniture will be at a later date.

Save the Date!

The Kentucky Balance of State (BoS) Continuum of Care (CoC) will conduct a series of regional CoC meetings in May and June of 2016. All are welcome, and we encourage you to bring new stakeholders into the homeless assistance planning process. 

 

The agenda for these meetings will be included in future eGrams. All CoC and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funded agencies must send at least one representative to one of the meetings listed below:

2016 ESG Applications
KHC is still accepting ESG applications on the Universal Funding Application (UFA). The deadline for submission is Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at 5 p.m. ET. The 2016 ESG Allocation is $2,397,901. 

The Capacity Scorecard and Fair Housing sections of the application were due on May 6. Applications that score below 60 percent on the Capacity Scorecard and/or do not address the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing will not be reviewed.

HCA Organizational Chart and Contacts

KHC Housing Contract Administration (HCA) has completed our realignment. We greatly appreciate your patience over the past several months.

 

We have updated our organizational chart to provide the staff roles, program assignments,and introduce new members of our team.

 

As we move forward, Jill House, Anne Colly Rose, and Margaret Ann Smith, the technical assistance specialists, are the primary contacts for new HCA inquiries. Each technical assistance specialist is responsible for helping partners in specific geographic regions of the state.
