The 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Changes:  Preview and Discussion Webinar, scheduled for today, Wednesday, April 27, at 1:30 p.m. ET, has been canceled. An email was previously sent to all registered attendees.

An initial draft of the 2017 QAP and scoring is targeted for release in late May, along with a live forum to be scheduled in early June. An eGram will be sent announcing the dates for both these events and location of the forum.
