2016 ESG Application Guidelines

The 2016 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Application Guidelines and Application Score Sheet are now available on KHC's website, under Specialized Housing, Emergency Solutions Grant, ESG Resources.  

KHC is now accepting ESG applications on the Universal Funding Application (UFA). The deadline for submission is Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at 5 p.m. ET. The 2016 ESG Allocation is $2,397,901.  

The following dates and times are applicable to the competitive funding round:

• Friday, April 22,2016 - Capacity Scorecard Opens
• Friday, April 22, 2016 - Application Opens
• Friday, May 6, 2016 - Capacity Scorecard Closes at 5 p.m. ET
• Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - Application Closes at 5 p.m. ET

Applicants must first complete and submit the Capacity Scorecard and Fair Housing sections of the application. Applications that score below 60 percent on the Capacity Scorecard and/or do not address the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing will not be reviewed.
