2015 Annual Impact Report
We are pleased to release our 2015 Annual Impact Report, which highlights this past year's activities, as well as some inspiring personal stories!
For the past 44 years, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has been dedicated to investing in quality housing solutions for families and communities. Since KHC's creation by the 1972 General Assembly, our programs and services have expanded dramatically, now including rental assistance; affordable housing production financing, preservation, and rehabilitation; homeownership financing including financial counseling and foreclosure prevention; and weatherization and energy efficiency programs.
It is imperative for housing industry partners, service providers, funders, and lawmakers to understand the investment impacts of affordable housing. Not only have our investments impacted individuals and families, these investments have also strengthened communities, thereby enhancing the quality of life in Kentucky.
We look forward to continuing our work together, meeting the needs of families across the Commonwealth.
