Notice of Funding Availability
On February 18, 2016, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced its Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Department's Fiscal Years 2016 and 2017 Comprehensive Housing Counseling Grant Program. Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will open up the application window for agencies wishing to be a KHC sub-grantee.

KHC's 2016 HC Grant Application Guide and Housing Counseling Charts are now available on KHC's website, Resources, Partners, Housing Counselors.

All agencies must submit required documentation detailed in the Application Guide, including the Housing Counseling Charts. Completed applications must be emailed to Jaime Rice, assistant director of Single-Family Programs, at
[email protected].

Deadline for submission is 8 pm ET, on Friday, March 11, 2016. Late submissions will not be considered.
