UBP Wind Down
KHC is winding down the Unemployment Bridge Program (UBP) reservation portal on Sunday, January 31, 2016. Below is helpful information as this program comes to a close.

Reservations
The application portal will officially close Sunday, January 31, 2016. KHC has decided to give agencies one additional week to complete pre-screening and reserving qualifying applicants. Therefore, if a client case file was created on or before Sunday, January 31, 2016, agencies will have until Sunday, February 7, 2016, to complete the reservation. After that, the reservation button will go away.

Clients who call into the system after Sunday, January 31, 2016, will not have the option of enrolling in UBP. Instead, access to foreclosure prevention counseling will need to be provided.

Second Occurrences
KHC will allow qualifying applicants to be screened for Second Occurrence access to assistance through Thursday, March 31, 2016.

Re-Evaluations
Counselors will need to complete re-evaluations throughout the 18 months of assistance.
