Based on the amount of loans imported yesterday, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) expects the HHF DAP monies to be completely reserved by the end of business, today, Wednesday, January 20. These funds are on a first-come, first-served basis, and once the monies are allocated, unfortunately, some borrowers will not receive these funds. Please make sure borrowers know there is no guarantee for these funds.

This product will be available at 10 a.m., ET., today, Wednesday, January 20, 2016.

Please note the following:

• Lenders must complete the rate lock information on the first mortgage and then switch over to the DAP to complete the rate lock for the HHF DAP. This is a two-step process - even if the file has already been imported.
• Make sure the lock department user group is the group completing this task - or else the loan officer and processor may not have access to the imported loans. It needs to be the individual who normally locks loans, new individuals require access from your company's administrator.

In anticipation of heavy volume today, please expect the system to be slower than usual.
