As many of you know, Andrew Hawes graduated from Northern Kentucky University's Chase College of Law last December and recently passed the Kentucky bar exam. All of us here at KHC are extremely proud of Andrew and this major accomplishment. As expected, this accomplishment has provided exciting new job opportunities for him. As such, Andy has accepted a position outside of the Corporation. Andy will continue his role here at KHC through the end of this calendar year. As one of KHC's partners, we know you share in our sincere appreciation to Andy for his 18+ years of service to KHC and his commitment to our mission. He will be missed.

We are equally pleased to announce that Jeremy Ratliff in our Legal Services and Compliance Department will assume the position as interim managing director of Multifamily Programs, effective Friday, January 1, 2016. Jeremy is a certified public accountant, as well as an attorney, and brings over two years' experience in public accounting and twelve years of experience in the practice of law.
