2016 Competitive Application
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has opened the 2016 Competitive Application for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF). Eligible project types include single-family home buyer and homeowner rehabilitation activities.
Applicants must meet a minimum score on the Capacity Scorecard, which is a separate submission prior to the application. The deadline to submit the Capacity Scorecard is Friday, October 16, 2015, at 5 p.m. ET. Applicants must submit the scorecard prior to the deadline. The 2016 Application Guidelines are available on KHC's website, under Development, Single-Family.
