New Draw System Set-Up
KHC is changing the process for submission of funding draw requests for all funding recipients with existing and new projects. This change will allow KHC to offer funding information to partners and improve the turn-around time for funding requests. Draw requests will now be accepted through the Program Funding Draw Management System.
How to Get Started?
To set-up your account, visit the Program Funding Draw Management System and follow three easy steps:
- Register/Create an account.
- Request access to your project(s).
- After project access is approved, create and submit the draw request.
It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer 10 or above, or the latest version of Firefox or Chrome when completing your registration.
Instructions to complete registration and submit a draw request can be found in the FAQ section of the System. Training videos for each step area available on KHC's YouTube Training Video channel. If necessary, please be sure to update your agency's Authorized Signature Form. This form is also available on KHC's website, under Specialized Housing.

Please note: As of Tuesday, September 1, 2015, KHC will no longer accept draws through the Universal Draw Request.
