New Draw System Set-Up

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is changing the process for submission of funding draw requests for all funding recipients with existing and new projects. This change will allow KHC to offer funding information to partners and improve the turn-around time for funding requests. Draw requests will now be accepted through the Program Funding Draw Management System.

How to Get Started?

To set-up your account, visit the Program Funding Draw Management System and follow three easy steps:

  1. Register/Create an account.
  2. Request access to your project(s).
  3. After project access is approved, create and submit the draw request.

It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer 10 or above, or the latest version of Firefox or Chrome when completing your registration.

Instructions to complete registration and submit a draw request can be found in the FAQ section of the System. Training videos for each step area available on KHC's YouTube Training Video channel.

KHC received the following feedback during the project pilot:

"I had no problem registering, navigating, or reviewing information, and I didn't even read the instructions provided beyond a quick glance! Not having to complete the heading information for every new draw request like we do with the Universal Draw Request saves some time."

We are very excited to offer this new enhanced system to our partners! If you have any questions about the Program Funding Draw Management System or need assistance registering, please contact your assigned Program Representative.

Please note:  As of Tuesday, September 1, 2015, KHC will no longer accept draws through the Universal Draw Request.
