First SOAR Closing!
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) wants to congratulate Mark Trimble of Mortgage Suppliers Inc. for closing the first SOAR Special Funding Program. The borrower was referred to Mark by her real estate agent. Fortunately, the SOAR Program was available and the borrower met all the requirements ensuring a fixed interest rate of 1 percent for 30 years. Thanks to this special funding program, her monthly house payment is less than her previous monthly rent payments, and she now owns her home and can build equity! The home is a new construction, stick-built, with ENERGY STAR appliances. What a difference the SOAR Program made for this borrower!
