ESG Funding Announced

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) announces the 2015 Balance of State Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) recipients from the April 2015 application round. Thirty applicants will receive a total of $2,362,692 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist the homeless in Kentucky.

 

Many nonprofits and local governments across Kentucky use ESG funds to provide necessary services to help persons who are homeless by providing emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, and homelessness prevention assistance.

Additional KYHMIS Training Date

KHC has scheduled an additional Kentucky Homeless Management Information System (KYHMIS) training for Tuesday, July 21, 2015, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. ET, in KHC's computer training room, west annex, 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort. Seating is limited and available to registrants on a first-come, first-served basis.  

 

To attend a KYHMIS training session, users must submit a Training Request Form no later than three days prior to the session to ensure space is available. As a reminder, these scheduled KYHMIS New User Trainings are not Recovery Kentucky KYHMIS trainings.
