Paperless Technical Difficulties
As you know, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) launched the paperless process on June 15 and with new systems comes hiccups. Individuals utilizing an older version of Internet Explorer could receive an error message. We are currently working on this issue and will send eGram notification once the issue has been resolved.
In the meantime, if you have received an underwriting file that did not utilize KHC's new electronic upload, please continue the process by sending pended items to the underwriting mailbox: khcuw@kyhousing.org. Only files that have been uploaded electronically should upload pended items electronically.
