Corrected Link for Toolkits
The eGram released earlier today, Thursday, June 11, contained an incorrect link to access the ESG and CoC toolkits. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please use the updated article below to access the toolkits.
The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Continuum of Care (CoC) Compliance toolkits are now available. These materials are the property of Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) and are being provided free of charge to KHC's subgrantees. Further dissemination without the prior written permission of KHC is prohibited.
To access the toolkits, each user must access a secure file with the following credentials:
