KHC's Loan Reservation System - Technical Difficulties
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Loan Reservation System is experiencing technical difficulties. Some lenders are not receiving email notices from KHC regarding the status of underwriting files. Please remember, the status of the loan shows in real-time in the lender's pipeline. If you are unsure whether or not you are receiving email notices from KHC, use the pipeline for underwriting file updates.
There is also an issue with reserving and locking loans. The product and pricing buttons are grayed out, preventing the lender from completing the process. If you are unable to reserve or lock a loan after the loan has been imported, please call Misty Tackett or Allison Craigmyle toll-free in Kentucky at 800-633-8896 or 502-564-7630, extensions 319 or 254, respectively; or TTY 711.
KHC is working to resolve these issues. Stay tuned to KHC eGrams for updates.

Underwriting Turn-Times
KHC thanks you for your business and support! Due to high volume, minimum new file turn-time is three days from receipt of file and pended files minimum turn-time is two days from receipt of conditions. As a reminder, all pend conditions and underwriting questions must be sent to khcuw@kyhousing.org. KHC requests that all pend conditions are sent at the same time.
