Reports Now Available
Reports are now available for lenders to track their closing and legal issues. Lenders will now have access to reports by logging into KHC's Loan Reservation System, selecting reports, and post-closing issues. Next, lenders enter the Broker ID and date perimeter. Please note, if the corporate office Broker ID is entered, it will show ALL loans. Otherwise, if the branch Broker ID is entered, only loans for that specific branch will show. This report combines both the closing and legal issues.

Underwriting Turn-Times
KHC thanks you for your business and support! Due to high volume, minimum new file turn-time is three days from receipt of file and pended files minimum turn-time is two days from receipt of conditions. As a reminder, all pend conditions and underwriting questions must be sent to khcuw@kyhousing.org. KHC requests that all pend conditions are sent at the same time.
