Public Comment Period

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Minimum Design Standards:  Detached Single-Family Homes is available for public review and comment today, Thursday, May 7, through Friday, May 22, 2015. The updated design standards are available on KHC's website, under Development, Design and Construction. These standards will become effective for projects funded through the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and subsequent funding cycles.

If you have any comments on the standards, please email
MDRComments@kyhousing.org. Reference specific division and page numbers, when possible. Written comments will be accepted, addressed, and, where applicable, incorporated into the document.  

 

The next comment period will be June 2015 and the final version will be posted on KHC's website in August 2015. Stay tuned to KHC eGrams for more information.

Public Hearing Notice

A Public Hearing will be held to discuss and review comments on the revised Five-Year PHA Plan for administering the KHC Housing Choice Voucher Program. The hearing will be held from 2-3 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at Kentucky Housing Corporation, 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort, Kentucky.

 

The Plan is for federal fiscal years 2015 - 2019.

 

The plan will be available for public review and comment from Saturday, May 9, 2015, through Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at the above address and on KHC's website, under Rental. Comments will be addressed and considered for incorporation into the final plan.
