Going, Going, Gone -- MRB Special Funding Program

About a month ago, KHC announced $5 million in special funding for households with lower income. This program gave the borrower more buying power with a below-market interest rate of 2.00 percent, fixed for 30 years. This program was so popular the funding has been depleted at this time.

Thank You!

KHC's Single-Family Programs wants to thank all of our lender, realtor, and counseling partners for their participation in the 2015 Kentucky Affordable Housing Conference. Hopefully, you walked away with some vital information and tools to benefit you in your line of business.

Get On The Bus!

April is National Fair Housing Month and commemorates the 47th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act of 1968. The Fair Housing Act provides equal opportunity to all who buy, sell, rent, finance, or insure housing. It broadens the real estate market by making all housing and property available to all Kentuckians and protects the individual's basic right to choose where to live. Join us for this year's "Get on the Bus" tour in Shelbyville!
