CAWebTRACS System
The CAWebTRACS system has been updated to incorporate the TRACS 202D changes, as well as provide information for monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP). This system should be used by all property owner/agents whose properties are administered by the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Project-Based Contract Administration (PBCA).
To access the system, or any HAP reports, a site number and password must be assigned.
As part of the 202D changes, owner/agents are provided a voucher report from TRACS; however, we realize these reports are difficult to read and they do not allow space for comments. Once your HAP payment is approved, you may access the system and view the necessary reports to reconcile payments. If there are any issues or concerns needing a response, comments will be included from KHC's compliance specialist. KHC recommends reconciling every month prior to submitting the next month's request.
- Print a copy of the KHC-approved HAP Report from the CA WebTRACS homepage.
- Compare the HAP Report, line-by-line, to the report that you submitted.
- If there are any discrepancies, contact the HAP compliance specialist.
- Make any adjustments on the next month's voucher request.

New Award Categories for 2015!
Registration is still available for the 2015 Kentucky Housing Management Conference. This year's conference will be Tuesday through Thursday, May 19-21, 2015, at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville.
KHC and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Louisville office need your help to determine who should be recognized for their hard work and dedication over the past year. If you know a person or a property within the housing community, who you believe is a winner, let us know!
To submit a nomination, use the nomination form and follow the submission instructions. There are new award categories, so please read the call for nominations documents carefully before completing and submitting the nomination form.
All entries must be received by Friday, April 3, 2015.
