KHP is proud to introduce a new loan product that will be available Sunday, March 1, 2015:  4.99% unsecured loans, with a seven-year term, and a $7,499 maximum loan amount! That means that many HVAC change-outs, and nearly all insulation and air sealing jobs, are eligible for a great fixed-rate loan. This product, like all KHP loans, is available to the contractor at no cost.

 

Less than 5 percent = Where the Magic Happens 

KHP's unsecured loans have always offered a low-payment, gimmick-free, high-integrity value proposition, but only now can the program add a truly industry-leading loan rate to that equation. Reports from successful home performance contractors around the country make clear that the ability to offer a loan at below 5 percent, from a trusted source, is key to getting to the closing table. And what about those customers whose buying decision depends upon a low monthly payment? Your sales representative can easily show a full breakdown (link to insert), but $99 per month for that $7,000 project will close lots of deals.

 

Ongoing Promotion Still Applies

There is still only one thing better than low monthly payments for customers, and that is no monthly payments!
