KHC Holiday Hours
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) offices will close on Wednesday, December 24, at 3 p.m., and remain closed Thursday and Friday, December 25-26, 2014, in observance of the Christmas holiday. KHC offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 29.
KHC offices will also be closed on Thursday and Friday, January 1-2, 2015, in observance of the New Year's holiday. KHC offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2015.

Draft HOME/AHTF and HouseWorks Application Guidelines Now Available
KHC has released the draft Single-Family application guidelines for the following programs:
- HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Home Buyer and Homeowner Rehabilitation.
- HouseWorks Repair.
The guidelines are available for review and comment and are posted on KHC's website. KHC will accept comments on these application guidelines until close of business on Friday, January 9, 2015. Please send comments to hcasinglefamily@kyhousing.org.
KHC is currently developing and updating other documents related to upcoming application rounds. These include the Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Manual, Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) application guidelines, and HOME/AHTF Policies and Procedures Manual. We will release these documents as drafts are completed.
