Applicants seeking Housing Credits in the 2015 Multifamily funding round are required to complete and upload KHC's Capital Reserve Replacement Schedule (CRRS). It was recently brought to our attention that the file format, which is in Excel with macros, is unable to be uploaded to the Universal Funding Application (UFA) system. As a work-around, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) requests that applicants follow these steps:

1. Save the Excel version with macros (.xlsm extension) to the CD or flash drive that you will provide as an attachment to the application.
2. Then, save the file to another location without the macros (.xlsx extension). This is the version that you will upload to the uniform funding application system. Do not be concerned if you receive a warning message about loss of functionality when saving in the .xlsx format; KHC will still be able to utilize the .xlsm version you provide on the CD or flash drive.
3. KHC will need the Excel versions of the CRRS; please do not upload PDF versions of this spreadsheet.

As a reminder, all applications for 2015 resources must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. ET Friday, December 12, 2014. The CD or flash drive, along with the check payment for the applicable application fee(s), must be received at KHC's office, 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort, KY 40601, no later than 5 p.m. ET Monday, December 15, 2014.
