KHP is Covering Homeowner Payments
New promotion lets homeowners forget about bills for a while
Contractors in the KY Home Performance (KHP) program already offer loans with the lowest monthly payments in the industry, so what could be better than that?
Well, no monthly payments, for starters.
And that's exactly what KHP is announcing today: a new initiative for KHP contractors that gives your customers a break from making payments for the first three months of their KHP loan. For those of you that are mourning the loss of the .99 percent promotion, how about selling a job today that has KHP picking up the tab until after March Madness? The KHP team will be reaching out to each of our contractor partners with further details, but the basics are pretty simple:
- This promotion applies to any KHP loan. That $3,000 insulation job that your customer wants to finance? KHP will pay the first three $40 payments. Same for that $15K whole-house or Geo project--KHP will pick up the first three $276 installments.
- No extra hoops to jump through. Contractors need only to put together a KHP project as they've done in the past. No new documents, phone calls, or signatures are necessary--for you or your customers.
- It won't last forever. KHP is putting together some marketing materials around this promotion that we will distribute to you. We expect the promotion will be available throughout heating season, so take advantage of this offer now. We will have updates for you in the spring, so you have plenty of lead time to make adjustments to your marketing efforts.
