KHC Offices Closed

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will close today, Wednesday, November 26, at 4 p.m., and remain closed Thursday and Friday, November 27-28, in observance of Thanksgiving. KHC will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 1.

KHP is building upon the momentum from the recent promotion to create new special offers and more competitive core services for our contractors. Since the new KHP launched, the larger financial service industry has gained a high level of confidence in residential energy efficiency upgrades as a viable investment, and that will translate into even better terms for KHP loans in the near future.

We'll be working even closer with utilities across Kentucky to allow you to "bundle" multiple incentives for unbeatable proposals for your customers. Upcoming marketing efforts will increase the visibility of KHP for your homeowner customers, and we'll continue to keep you plugged into the best of what's happening in the fast-growing home performance industry on a national level.
