KHC Offices Closed
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will close at 4 p.m., today, Wednesday, November 26, and remain closed Thursday and Friday, November 27-28, in observance of Thanksgiving. KHC will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 1.

KYHMIS Assessment Training Video Available
A training video about data entry into the Kentucky Homeless Management Information System (KYHMIS) according to the new data standards from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is now available. The video includes processes for completing the new Entry Assessments, Interims, and Annual Assessments. The HUD Verification, Interim, Annual video can be found on KHC's Training Videos YouTube channel.

Updating Client Information in KYHMIS
As of October 1, 2014, client data must be updated according to HUD's new 2014 Data Standards. This includes the new HUD Verification Workflow for Monthly Income, Non-Cash Benefits, Health Insurance, and Disabilities, as found on the Entry Assessments, Interims, and Annual Assessments. This applies to new questions found on the areas listed above, in addition to Exit Assessments. Clients who have exited agency projects prior to October 1, do not need to have their information updated for the new Data Standards.

New December 2014 KYHMIS Training Date
KHC will conduct the final 2014 KYHMIS New User Training on Monday, December 8, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., at KHC's east annex, 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort.
Only eight spots are available for this training on a first-come, first-served basis. Users must register through the Training Request Form. When submitting a Training Request Form, please specify the date and type of training you are planning to attend.
KYHMIS training dates for 2015 are currently being planned and will be announced in a future eGram once plans are finalized.
