KHC is a Tobacco-Free Campus
Governor Steven L. Beshear issued an executive order for all executive branch state buildings and properties to be free of all tobacco products and e-cigarettes effective Thursday, November 20, 2014. As a quasi-governmental agency, administratively attached to the Finance Cabinet KHC has followed the governor's initiative to become a tobacco-free campus.
If you or your staff attend meetings at KHC, please be mindful that use of all tobacco products is prohibited on KHC property.
Additional information regarding the governor's tobacco-free initiative is available at https://tobacco-free.ky.gov/.

Take A Stand
The Coalition for the Homeless has launched a massive awareness campaign inviting all Louisvillians to take a stand (#TakeAStandLou) to end homelessness in Louisville. November is National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month. On November 13, volunteers held up signs across the city to take a stand against homelessness, and every Louisvillian can get involved by posting a photo of themselves holding a sign that says, "I am here to take a stand" with the hashtag #TakeAStandLou. For other ways to get involved, click here: http://louhomeless.org/?p=2973.
